Yes! You only need to sign a one-time waiver declaring neither you nor your provider will
directly bill Medicare for our services. Medicare will still cover outside laboratory testing,
imaging, medications, or hospitalizations prescribed by our office. Due to insurance
restrictions, we CANNOT accept Medicare patients with a Medicare Advantage
plan.
NO, your membership fee cannot be submitted to Medicare for reimbursement.
Not unless you ask us to. Patient privacy is a natural benefit of this medical model. We
will never provide any third party with a copy of your records unless you specifically ask
us to do so, or if required by law.
Yes, our providers can order and refer just like any other primary care office. We can
send prescriptions to a pharmacy of your choice and if you need a referral for
additional lab work, imaging, or specialist we are happy to send those to a medical
facility of your choosing - where you would use your insurance, if you have it, as you
normally would.
Yes, we do accept HSA payment for your membership, labs, procedures, and
medication fees in the clinic. You should check with your accountant prior to using your
HSA funds to be sure this is an appropriate form of payment for you.
